Meals Stay Fresh For 5–7 Days When Refrigerated. They Can Also Be Frozen For Up To 30 Days. For Best Results, Thaw In The Refrigerator Overnight Before Use.

For Burritos, Remove From Foil, Wrap In A Paper Towel, And Microwave For 2 Minutes. Then Wrap Back In Foil And Heat On A Skillet Until Desired Color Or 165°F.
